Our Mission:
To institute and sustain a healthy relationship between families, teachers and students by creating opportunities for a safe and successful school experience. It is our strong belief that a joint effort of a PTA offers the best learning environment for students.
GOALS: we follow and promote three main layers of purpose:
- Research and provide positive and productive CE programs
- Support and enhance the needs of NL school
- Grow, embrace, and strengthen the Bobcat community
What does it mean to become a pta member?
By joining the New Lebanon School PTA, you help enhance the school experience for all students and help meet the needs of our school that go beyond their budget.
Becoming a PTA member does not require any volunteer obligation, however, by doing so is beneficial and sets a positive example for students to follow. Contributing to the New Lebanon School PTA means you support what we do to help enrich the experience of our students, staff, and our Bobcat community.
If I join the pta, do I have to...
- Go to meetings?
No. You are welcome to attend our general monthly meetings, however, you must be a paid member to vote during these meetings if the opportunity allows. - Volunteer?
No. Joining the PTA is not the same as volunteering. There will be volunteer opportunities offered separately via Signup Genius. If you choose to volunteer we would appreciate the help—but volunteering is not required.
